@GiveArtifact(“Ving”, 17)
给圣堂英雄伊琳娜(Irina)增加血爪项链(Necklace of the Bloody Claw)。
这里的格式要十分注意，另外是大小写敏感的，使用的英雄名称是Nival开发游戏过程中使用的名称。
